How do I Place An Order?

Place an order by clicking the shop link provided below the image of a painting or gifting merchandise you would like to buy, and add it to the cart. Go to the checkout page and place your order.

How do I Pay?

You may pay using any of the standard methods as available on the payment gateway. Please connect with us if you have any difficulties in making the payments via email to artconnect@kalakrishta.com

How many days will take to ship the product?

From the date of placing an order on our website for any paintings, the product will be shipped in 7 to 10 days.

Damage during Shipping

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at artconnect@kalakrishta.com with pictures of the damaged box or envelope showing the shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box, and the packing slip is mandatory to process any request regarding damages. We will need to receive this email within 24 hours of you receiving the product. Once we receive the email, we will take a look at the pictures to ascertain if the damage was caused during the shipping and revert.

Refund/Replacement Policy

All artworks are handmade and we put in all the effort to provide a delightful experience when buying our products. However, in the event of any damage to the product, while shipping, we shall replace the product within 15 days, from receiving the information via email & after some due diligence on the damage. Refunds could be issued on a case-case to basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

We firmly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with anyone without their prior consent.

The personal information that Kalakrishta collects includes (but may not be limited to) name, address, contact details and, where relevant, financial information, including bank details.
