Processing Orders
Our business hours are 1100-2000 hrs Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at artconnect@kalakrishta.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
All orders usually get shipped within 3-5 working days. In turn, you can expect delivery between 5-7 days.
A tracking link will be updated on your order & you shall be notified via an email update. Kindly allow 4-6 hrs for the status of the shipment to reflect correctly on the Shipper’s website(using tracking link).
Exceptions
For orders customizations to the products, its shipping will certainly fall out of the standard shipping window. We shall publish estimates of shipping, based on the extent of the customization, upon successful order confirmation
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Kalakrishta, including but not limited to coverage issues at the destination, inaccessibility of exact destination, natural events forcing major aversions, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
Shipping Services
We use the services of well-established logistics service providers(LSP) and/or Speed Post. Kalakrishta is not liable for any delays in delivery by the LSP/ Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Kalakrishta. However, it is our endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimates, as mentioned in the order confirmation.

Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to applicable email messages, Kalakrishta is under no legal obligation to respond to every thread of communication received through this site or through email(artconnect@kalakrishta.com).
