In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping, please contact us via email at artconnect@kalakrishta.com with pictures of the damaged box or envelope showing the shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box, and the packing slip is mandatory to process any request regarding damages. We will need to receive this email within 24 hours of you receiving the product. Once we receive the email, we will take a look at the pictures to ascertain if the damage was caused during the shipping and revert.
All artworks are handmade and we put in all the effort to provide a delightful experience when buying our products. However, in the event of any damage to the product, while shipping, we shall replace the product within 15 days, from receiving the information via email & after some due diligence on the damage. Refunds could be issued on a case-case to basis.
